RealTrends + Tom Ferry ‘America’s Best Real Estate Professionals’ names Compass California and Hawaii honorees

The RealTrends + Tom Ferry 2022 America’s Best Real Estate Professionals rankings have just been released, and we are so proud to celebrate the nearly 1500 California and Hawaii agents and teams who represent Compass on the list.
America’s Best Real Estate Professionals honors America’s finest real estate agents and teams from all across the country. According to RealTrends, more than 23,000 U.S. real estate sales associates from every state are featured on this year’s America’s Best list, and those that made the list are the top 1.49% of more than 1.6 million licensed Realtors® nationwide.
To qualify for inclusion, an individual agent must have closed at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2021. For real estate agent teams, the minimum is 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. All production numbers are independently verified by a third party to ensure accuracy and report integrity.
